We're scientists working to understand the genetic and neurobiological components that lead to autism. By targeting the disorder’s root causes, we can make significant improvements in treatment for the spectrum.

Dr. Abha Gupta, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Child Study Center, and Neuroscience at the Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in autism research and autism studies -with a particular focus on severe and understudied forms of autism.
